Benefits: Providing Security for Your Family

BHC offers comprehensive Disability Pay, Life and Accident Insurance Plans that provide eligible employees and their families with substantial financial protection. If you need more coverage than the company provides, you have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage at excellent group rates.

Company – Paid Benefits

Short-Term Disability: Short-Term Disability Pay is provided to eligible employees who incur a disabling physical or mental condition that temporarily prevents them from working.

Long-Term Disability:
Long-Term Disability Pay is provided to eligible employees who are unable to return to work. The benefit may provide a monthly benefit of 60% of monthly earnings to a maximum benefit amount.

Life Insurance: one times your annual base salary
FAST FACTS

Possess coal reserves of 273 million tons at our Wyodak Mine, a 60 year supply at current production levels.

Accidental Death or Dismemberment: five times annual base salary; not to exceed $1,000,000

Survivor Support Program: a personalized financial counseling service to assist your survivors.
